I thought that you should all take a look at this...
"It's an interactive, hands-on way to entertain. People really like that they get to dip their dessert into the fountain instead of being handed to them on a plate," said Bobbie Snyder, owner of Seven Sisters Sweet Shop in Scottsdale.
Prices vary, but most fountains rent for $250 to $400 and feed up to 100 people.

I thought that this was awesome when I first read it...
The chocolate fountain is a device that warms and melts the
chocolate and pumps it upward through a vertical cylinder. Spilling
over at the top, the chocolate descends smoothly over tiered,
stainless steel forms, somewhat resembling a wedding cake. Collected
at the bottom, the chocolate is recycled through the fountain.

April Ferrara, who owns the California-based California Chocolate
Fountains, says about 10 percent of her rentals is to caterers in
Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
