High quality chocolate is conched for about 72 hrs, lesser grades about 4-6 hrs. After the
process is complete, the chocolate mass is stored in tanks heated to approximately 45-50° C until final processing.

Look at what finally happened...
If there can be any downside to this Willy Wonka-ish creation,
it's the social and unsanitary faux pas of double dipping .
Not to mention spillage and drizzling.
